In search of portfolio diversification, Ryan started investing in real estate in 2017 and soon discovered he had stumbled upon a journey of growth through entrepreneurship that would last a lifetime. His experiences include land transactions, fix and flip projects, and small multifamily development.

He is the founder of Stream Stack Investments, a private equity firm focused on acquiring and revitalizing cash-flowing commercial real estate assets in growing markets. He is invested in 228 units as a limited partner and manages a personal rental portfolio.  

In addition to educating fellow healthcare professionals about the power of real estate, his passions include spending time with his wife and son and lifting weights. He holds an M.S. in Anesthesiology from Baylor College of Medicine and is a mentee of the Jake and Gino Multifamily Academy. He is a practicing Nurse Anesthetist in Houston, TX.
