Kent Ritter is the principal, with Hudson investing as the GP in over 500 units. Kent’s skill set as a multifamily operator drove his successful career as a Management consultant and start-up owner. He applies this skill set to transform apartment buildings and creates modern affordable housing for America’s workforce.
