Before investing in his hometown of Pueblo and Southern Colorado, he was an on-site property manager at a 48-unit apartment complex in Blue Springs, Missouri. Along with his current real estate endeavors, Jake owns and operates a commercial asphalt maintenance company called Patriot Sealcoating and eventually became a silent partner and passive investor in the company to allow more time to further his real estate education and growth.
